Stephen has over 28 years experience in managing water, theme and animal parks at a Chief Executive, Managing Director and General Manager Level. Working his way from the front line staff, spending many years in Operations dealing with all aspects of daily running of the park facilities such as guest relations, ticketing, security, ride operations, life guard training and emergency procedures. He then progressed to all areas such as Entertainment, Sales and Marketing, Finance, Construction, Food and Beverages, Retail and Maintenance. AS a CEO Stephen was then involved in park design, layout and theme to maximise returns. He has also been involved in assisting with recommending and placing new attractions to assist with driving new business opportunities to help businesses continue to maintain strong revenue returns. Together, using his knowledge, skills and contacts, Stephen is able to develop a clear understanding of the projects objectives and plan for the most effective solution in the initial set up and ongoing operations and logistics of Tourism Attractions.
